PRIOR TO YOUR HIRE:
SPACE REQUIREMENTS:
- Ensure a minimum of 3ft of free space in front and behind the inflatable for safety mats and the blower.
- Allow 1ft on each side for staking and safety.
- Verify sufficient height for inflatables, especially in halls.
- Contact us if you have concerns about space or access.
ACCESS AVAILABILITY:
- Ensure clear access down the side of your house or through the building.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide sufficient access

SUPERVISION AND MOVEMENT:
- Inflatables must be supervised by the recommended number of adults.
- Once erected, the castle should not be moved for safety reasons.

CLEANING CHARGE:
- A cleaning charge may apply if the castle is muddy or dirty on collection.
- Please ensure the inflatable is returned in the same state as delivered.

ADDITIONAL BALL PIT RULE:
- If you've hired a Ball Pit, return the balls to their drawstring bag to avoid a £20 charge.

How do I book?
- Utilise our online booking system or contact us directly for more detailed inquiries.

How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
- Ideally, bookings should be made a minimum of 7 days in advance, but earlier is always better.

What do the prices include?
- All prices include local delivery and necessary equipment for setup and inflation.

When are your inflatables available?
- Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round, including Bank Holidays.

Do you hire overnight?
- Yes, overnight hire is available with an extra £50 charge.

How do I pay?
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the final balance due at least 14 days before your booking.

What if I need to cancel?
- Cancellations must be advised at least 14 days before the hire for rescheduling or refund options.

What if it rains or is windy?
- Inflatable usage in rain may be limited; wind conditions exceeding Force 5 require deflation.

Can the inflatable be set up on Tarmac or Artificial Turf?
- Unfortunately, inflatables cannot be set up on hard standing or artificial turf.

Obstructions:
- Clear the area of obstructions before the castle arrives to avoid refusal of delivery.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
- We are fully insured for £10 million public liability.

Is all of your electrical equipment PAT tested?
- Yes, any items under a year old are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

Loss of Equipment Whilst on Hire:
- Customers are responsible for the safekeeping of hired equipment. Loss is the customer's liability.

Are my requested times guaranteed and how long does it take to set up/pack up an inflatable?
- Timings are not guaranteed, and setup/pack-up times vary based on the inflatable size.

What do I do if my inflatable starts to deflate?
- Ensure everyone exits immediately, check blower attachment, and confirm electrical connections.

WHAT IF YOU TURN UP TO A HIRE AND ARE UNABLE TO FULFILL THE BOOKING?
- A 50% credit will be offered if circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the booking.
